About us

EuroBackOffice was founded by entrepreneurs who have been working together since 1999. They stand out for their extensive experience in the creation and management of companies that offer solutions to the problems they face based on the needs observed along its constant interaction with the business world.

In one of these occasions, the need arose to help facilitate the local presence of a foreign company that wanted to increase its commercial action. Following the successful experience of administrative management within the group Capacitis, EuroBackOffice was designed to provide services to any company that sought to increase its national and international presence.

Currently, EuroBackOffice has been a leader since 2012 in helping businesses to focus on their core business through efficient management and optimization of administration and human resources processes.

For more than 10 years, EuroBackOffice team has achieved what Dover was looking for to take care of its employees in Spain. They pro-actively tackled all matters that came up from accounting matters to HR issues. They have been flexible, reactive and professional, all it counts for an organization like ours which has proven for 60 years its success and search for excellence.

In 2003, we were looking for a company to administer our employees in Spain. With only three employees, we were looking for a simple and cost-efficient set-up not requiring a lot of administration. EuroBackOffice team was able to provide such solution. Since then, EuroBackOffice has always served us well and in an expedient manner resolving quickly any arising issue. Our employees in Spain have been satisfied with their service and we, at the head office, have been impressed with the service as well as the positive attitude we always have been met with.
